Helping You Thrive!

After years of personal experience and working informally with friends and colleagues, we founded Whole Coaching with the goal of helping individuals become wholly healthy and happy through nutrition, fitness and life coaching. How do we do that? We walk with our clients side-by-side as they make a commitment to embark on a lifestyle change that will enable them to set active goals and achieve success! If you are ready to start a new lifestyle, contact us.

Prepare to be transformed— and be the whole person that God dreams for you to be. The best is yet to come!

Tammy and Mary joined forces in 2020 because they witnessed first-hand tremendous results in their own lives: it really makes an undeniable difference to live a whole lifestyle in body, mind and spirit. Utilizing whole-food, plant-based nutrition strengthened by fitness and exercise, they have seen proven success when clients focus on building a new lifestyle — instead of yet another diet. The foundation of this lifestyle is built on strengthening the client by setting achievable goals for relationships, weight loss and pursuing their dreams.

Time to Take Control!

In 1903, Thomas Edison predicted that “the doctor of the future will give no medication but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, diet and in the cause and prevention of disease.” WHOLE Coaching is here to do just that - interest you in improving the care of YOUR human frame. The number one cause of death in America is the American diet (1). The good news is that this is something within your control!

There is evidence that genetics contribute only to a small percentage of the risk for many diseases. What does this mean? Inherited does not mean inevitable. Disease is not foreordained. Your lifelong health was NOT predetermined at the time of conception (2). You have the opportunity and the power to shape your health, longevity and quality of life. There is mounting evidence about the importance of nutrition in disease prevention, modification and overall well being. Tammy and Mary have personally experienced tremendous health benefits from “clean” eating, specifically whole-food plant based (WFPB) diets. They have withstood a potentially fatal congenital heart disease, beat cancer and have overcome pre-diabetes and morbid obesity.

They are both more active than ever before and living life to its fullest. Our coaching programs have been developed on personal experience but, more importantly, are based on scientific evidence that leaves no doubt that making these changes can allow you to be wholly healthy. Consider allowing Whole Coaching to partner with you so that you to live your life to its fullest.

Congratulations Jimmy!

On July 5, 2020 Jimmy signed up with Whole Coaching and started a run/walk program. When he first started, he was running a total of five 1-minute intervals in a 30 minute session. And it was not easy!!! After several of the races that he signed up for (and ran) went virtual - the day finally arrived! He was going to participate in an actual in-person race on October 23rd - the Monster Dash 5K in Dublin, GA. On race day, despite being under the weather, he laced up his shoes and toed the start line. The coaches sure have admired his grit, determination and “all in” mentality and race day was no exception. He got it done in fine fashion placing FIRST in his age bracket. We are beaming and soooo proud of Jimmy. Up next is an in-person half marathon on December 19th in Atlanta. This guy is unstoppable! Healthy looks so good on you, Jimmy!
